The rebuilding of the 9th Precinct was a special project for Bobby Muniz. Growing up in the East Village, were he played basket ball in the park directly across the street, he was excited about returning to his roots to rebuild the building that served as protection for him and his friends as a child.
As a foreman, Muniz gained many years of construction experience, with over 30 buildings under his belt. In his last years as foreman, Muniz was able to bring his expertise into the reconstruction project. He and his team of 30 laborers laid the foundation for the precinct. By the time the project was in its final stages, Muniz had launched Code Blue Design, and came back to serve as expeditor for the final phases of compliance.
